Community Resource Locator—Recreation

Recreation and leisure opportunities are important contributors to quality of life for everyone. For people with developmental disabilities, these opportunities provide another pathway to inclusion and participation in community life. Opportunities for recreation and leisure are also signs of a vibrant, healthy community. This section identifies recreational organizations that are welcoming of people with disabilities. If you are interested in participation or would like further information, contact them directly.
