Urban growth area boundaries designate areas where urban growth can occur in Clark County. It is a component of the State of Washington's Growth Management Act (GMA).
This is the urban growth area boundary layer used on most maps. It contains the entire urban growth areas for cities within Clark County. See CityUGA if you need a layer that differentiates between incorporated city boundaries and urban growth areas.
This layer is similar to UGA. The difference is that UGA identifies which areas were added during the last comprehensive plan process.
