 "description": "<p>Phase 2: Parameters (Sites) are current and historic stream health data (Oregon Water Quality Index, OWQI, Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity, B-IBI, and components of the OWQI) which are monitored by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works at sites in Clark County, Washington.<\/p>\n<p>The data comprise one row for each site with data formatted for display in a web-based map off the most recent data, and a custom pop-up that shows up to 11 years of historic data (if available).<\/p>\n<p>Observations may be missing/empty for some sites.
