Stream Health Report - Phase 2: Parameters (Sites, long) are current and historic stream health data (Oregon Water Quality Index, OWQI, Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity, B-IBI, and components of the OWQI) which are monitored by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works at sites in Clark County, Washington. The data are presented in a 'long' format and comprise one row for each metric at each site in each year that data was collected. Values are annotated with display properties: the outcome of comparing the value with the state recommended threshold ('Met' or 'Not Met') and color coding (green or red, respectively). Observations may be missing/empty for some sites. If there is at least one data value for a given year, any missing values are populated with placeholders: measurement=NULL, code='No Data' and color='#cccccc' (grey).

Data are updated annually.

Intended scale: Zoom level 10 (1:577790), recommended range zoom level 8-13.

The story of these data is told on the http://clarkwatersheds.org/ website.
