Service Description: Surface Elevation Contours - 2 foot interval - Surface elevation contours, at either 2 or 4 foot intervals, based on the 2002 LiDAR acquistion project.  The vertical datum is NGVD 29 (47).  In the lowlands, this layer contains 2 foot contours and in the mountains of north and east Clark County, the contour interval is 4 feet. The processing of the LiDAR data differed across the County. For areas outside the Vancouver UGA, contours were created through photogrammetric analysis. For areas inside the Vancouver UGA, contours were created through mass LiDAR points analysis.
