Service Description: Critical Aquifer Recharge Areas (CARA) - Clark County Category 1 and 2 aquifer recharge areas based on hydrologic soils from USGS Water Quality Div. and Group A Zones of Contribution around public well heads. City of Vancouver designated special protection areas are also included. Refer to Clark County code 40.410 and City of Vancouver Municipal code 14.26. This layer is derived from combining aquifercnty and aquifervan layers via script.
