Service Description: Metropolitan Park District is composed of the area that separates the city of Vancouver's urban growth boundary and city limits. The district is also referred to as the Greater Clark Parks District and was established in February 2005 when voters in the unincorporated urban area outside the city of Vancouver passed Proposition 1. The boundary was set as of the date of County Resolution 2004-10-02 and does not change due to annexations or UGA boundary adjustments.
