Service Description: Potential Marijuana Facilities shows land parcels where four types of marijuana facilities could potentially be located in unincorporated Clark County.  The four types of marijuana facilities are: Retail Processing I Processing II ProductionMarijuana retailers are defined in County Ordinance No. 2019-07-01 as:A facility licensed by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for the sale to consumers of usable marijuana and marijuana infused products.Marijuana processor are defined in County Ordinance No. 2019-07-01 as:A facility licensed by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board to transform marijuana into usable marijuana and marijuana-infused products, package and label usable marijuana and marijuana infused products for sale in retail outlets, and sell usable marijuana and marijuana infused products at wholesale to marijuana retailers. Processors are classified as follows:Processor I: a facility limited to drying, curing, trimming, and packaging; andProcessor II: a facility that extracts concentrates, infuses products, or involves mechanical and/or chemical processing in addition to drying, curing, trimming and packaging.Marijuana producers are defined in County Ordinance No. 2019-07-01 as:A facility licensed by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for growing and sale at wholesale of marijuana to marijuana processors and other marijuana producers.Disclaimer:Clark County does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information contained within this feature class.
