Service Description: Public Alert Grids are small geographic areas (grids) used when targeting reverse 911 messages to specific potions of Clark County and southern Cowlitz County.   When needed, grids are selected to represent the full area that requires the message.The grids are generally based on Public Land Survey System (PLSS) quarter sections.
