Marijuana Exclusion Areas - Areas that are restricted for marijuana facilities within unincorporated Clark County. These areas are categorized into two groups: retail facility exclusion areas and processing I & II and production facility exclusion areas. Each group's respective restrictions are defined in the following excerpt of the Clark County Ordinance No. 2019-07-01:No production or processing facilities are allowed within one thousand (1,000) feet of the perimeter of the grounds of the following entities. The distance shall be measured as the shortest straight line distance from the property line of the proposed building/business location to the property line of the entities listed below pursuant to WAC 314-55-050. 1. Elementary or Secondary School2. Public Playground3. Recreation center or facility, including the Clark County Events Center4. Child Care Center5. Public Park6. Public Transit Center7. Library8. Any game arcade where admission is not restricted to persons aged 21 or older9. Churches and religious facilities10.
