Service Description: County-wide Snow Routes represent roads that have priority for snow clearance in Clark County. It also serves as Emergency Transportation Routes. Note that state routes and interstate highways are not included as their snow clearance is managed by the state. So there may be times when these need to be added to a map from other sources.Roads in the City of Woodland are included because the area is served by Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue.
