Service Description: <p>Urban growth area boundaries designate areas where urban growth can occur in Clark County. It is a component of the State of Washington's Growth Management Act (GMA). <br /><br />This is the urban growth area boundary layer used on most maps. It contains the entire urban growth areas for cities within Clark County. See <b>CityUGA</b> if you need a layer that differentiates between incorporated city boundaries and urban growth areas.<br /><br />This layer is similar to <b>UGA</b>.
