Service Description: The Vacant Buildable Lands Model (VBLM) is an annual analysis of the additional housing and employment capacity within the current Urban Growth Areas (UGA) of Clark County. The VBLM is a core component of the Comprehensive Planning process and is required by Washington State's Growth Management Act.Clark County has been running the VBLM since 1994. The archive begins in 1996.The VBLM is the final product of the annual VBLM run. This version of the model is optimized for analysis and display of the VBLM information.See the VBLMDetails layer for a version of the model that includes parcels.Attribute fields changed from pre-2021 years.
