Service Description: <p>Phase 2: Parameters (Sites) are current and historic stream health data (Oregon Water Quality Index, OWQI, Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity, B-IBI, and components of the OWQI) which are monitored by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works at sites in Clark County, Washington.</p>
<p>The data comprise one row for each site with data formatted for display in a web-based map off the most recent data, and a custom pop-up that shows up to 11 years of historic data (if available).</p>
<p>Observations may be missing/empty for some sites. If there is at least one data value for a given year, any missing values are populated with placeholders: value=NULL, coded='No Data' and color='inherit'. </p>
<p>Data are updated annually.</p>
<p>Intended scale: <a href='https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/product/mapping/web-map-zoom-levels-updated/'>Zoom level 10</a> (1:577790), recommended range zoom level 8-13.</p>
