snippet: Stream Health Report - Phase 3: Bacteria Trends (Sites) are the results of a non-parametric, seasonally-adjusted trend analysis of stream health data conducted as part of the Wadable Streams Status Monitoring Project which monitors nine long-term water quality stations throughout Clark County by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works. The data include trends for the Oregon Water Quality Index (OWQI) and its components, Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity (B-IBI), Bacteria, and Turbidity. Data are presented in a wide tabular format (one record for each site) and annotated with display information. Color coding indicates how each metric compared to the respective state threshold for stream health: 'Met' (green) or 'Not Met' (red). Arrow rotation corresponds to the direction of the trend: 90=up (better) and 270=down (worse). Observations may be missing/empty for some sites. Any missing values are populated with placeholders: coded='No Data' and color='#cccccc' (grey). Intended scale: Zoom level 10 (1:577790), recommended range zoom level 8-13. The story of these data is told on the http://clarkwatersheds.org/ website. Items in this collection are annotated with the keyword 'collection_StreamHealthReport'
