The Clark County Arterial Atlas is now available!

A revised Clark County Arterial Atlas is now available. The Arterial Atlas shows arterial classifications for unincorporated Clark County based on the current Growth Management Plan. The new version of the Arterial Atlas will be printed on demand. Each Atlas will reflect the most recent information in the GIS at the time of printing. While we will try and keep a copy available at the Storefront, it is recommended orders be called in a day or so in advance.

The Arterial Atlas may be purchased at the GIS Map Store on the 2nd floor, Suite 232, of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver. To place an order by phone call (360)397-2391 x4082 or email themapstore@clark.wa.gov. The price is $50.00 plus $4.10 sales tax.

The Vacant Buildable Lands Model (VBLM) is now available in the Digital Atlas.

The Vacant Lands Model Theme of the Digital Atlas includes current VBLM layers, reports, and the adopted 2007 Urban Growth Boundary.

In addition to the vacant lands maps a new "VBLM Reports" button has been added to this theme. These reports are the "Yield Reports", which summarize the number of people and jobs that are forecast to be accommodated by the vacant land shown on the map.

The VBLM symbology is generalized to show lands that are expected to develop or redevelop during the 20 year life of the plan. Lands that have environmental constraints have been shaded a little darker. Lands that are considered fully developed are shaded gray, fully developed lands in environmentally constrained areas are shaded darker gray.
