The data represent sampling locations (sites), subwatersheds, and watersheds. The accompanying data provide details about current and historic stream health metrics. Data are presented in a wide tabular format (one record for each site) and annotated with display information (e.g., color coding). Overall stream health scores for sites and subwatersheds are provided for the most recent observation and the oldest observation. Sites data also include OWQI, B-IBI, and overall health scores for each year of the decade (if available). 

Color coding indicates "good" (green), "fair" (yellow), or "poor" (red) stream health. 

Data are updated annually. Observations may be missing/empty for some sites.
