Description: The attributes include current (most recent) and historic stream health data as measured in the Oregon Water Quality Index (OWQI) and the Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity (B-IBI), as observed by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works. Symbology is based on the newest observed overall stream health. Data are presented in a wide tabular format (one record for each site) and annotated with display information (e.g., color coding). Overall stream health scores are provided for the most recent observation at each site and the oldest observation at each site. Color coding "good" (green), "fair" (yellow), or "poor" (red) stream health. The historic data are formatted for display in a custom pop-up that displays up to 11 years of data, if available, in chronological order. Historic data use the same three-level coding (green-yellow-red). The attribute tables includes a CSS-style display attribute for each year of data identifying empty rows to hide when rendering the tabular display (corresponding to missing/empty observations for a given water year). Data are updated annually. Observations may be missing/empty for some sites.
