snippet: Stream Health Report - Phase 1: Samples (Sites) - Phase 1: Samples (Sites) are current and historic stream health data (Oregon Water Quality Index, OWQI, Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity, B-IBI, and an overall stream health score) which are monitored by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works at sites in Clark County, Washington. The attributes include current (most recent) and historic stream health data (up to 11 years of data, if available) as observed by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works. Data are presented in a wide tabular format (one record for each site) and annotated with display information (e.g., color coding). Overall stream health scores are provided for the most recent observation at each site and the oldest observation at each site. Color coding indicates "good" (green), "fair" (yellow), or "poor" (red) stream health. The historic data are formatted for display in a custom pop-up that displays data in chronological order. Historic data use the same three-level coding (green-yellow-red). The attribute table includes a CSS-style display attribute for each year of data identifying empty rows to hide when rendering the tabular display (corresponding to missing/empty observations for a given water year).Observations may be missing/empty for some sites. If there is at least one data value for a given year, any missing values are populated with placeholders: coded='' (empty string) and value='No Data'. If there is no data for a given year, the corresponding display field contains the CSS display attribute "none" and all corresponding files are NULL. Data are updated annually.Intended scale: Zoom level 10 (1:577790), recommended range zoom level 8-13.The story of these data is told on the http://clarkwatersheds.org/ website.Related DataAll records in this collection are annotated with the keyword "collection_StreamHealthReport"
