snippet: Stream Health Report - Phase 2: Parameters (Subwatersheds) - Phase 2: Parameters (Subwatersheds) are current and historic stream health data (Oregon Water Quality Index, OWQI, Benthic Index of Biotic Integrity, B-IBI, and components of the OWQI) which are monitored by the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works at sites in Clark County.The data comprise one row for each subwatershed with data formatted for display in a web-based map off the most recent data, and a custom pop-up that shows up to 11 years of historic data (if available).Observations may be missing/empty or unavailable for some subwatersheds; missing data are represented as NULL. Data are updated annually.Subwatersheds are geographic areas in which the Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works monitors stream health. The attribute table includes the identifier of a site within the subwatershed at which the Clean Water team collected data in support of that monitoring. There may be multiple sampling locations within a subwatershed, but a single site is identified as representative of the subwatershed.This feature class is derived from Subwatershed, but has an additional polygon for the Cold Creek subwatershed (portion of the Lower Burnt Bridge Creek subwatershed that is outside of Vancouver city).Intended scale: Zoom level 10 (1:577790), recommended range zoom level 8-13.The story of these data is told on the http://clarkwatersheds.org/ website.Related DataAll records in this collection are annotated with the keyword "collection_StreamHealthReport".
