The Help page now has content! You'll find tips for adding addresses to parcels and subdivisions.

Also, please try the Print Subdivision Report tool to create a spreadsheet of all the addresses with lots. Once the subdivision has recorded, Assessor property IDs will also be included.

Welcome to the Migrated Site Address Website
The website for site address management in Clark County has been migrated to this new site. This was needed because the previous platform was becoming outdated and difficult to maintain.
While button icons, colors, and text boxes will be a little different, most of the features of the earlier website have been carried to this new site. For example, workflows will still be started by choosing either:
  • - Update by Parcel, and then search by Property ID
  • - or Update by Subdivision, and then search for the subdivision name.
For update, the following tools and functions are still included:
  • - Add multiple addresses to a single property.
  • - The address clone button.
  • - Move an address to a different property ID.
  • - Add addresses with a range of unit numbers (i.e., 1 - 14) in a single step.
  • - Change the prime address for parcels with multiple addresses.
  • - Enter addresses to a subdivision before it records. (GIS Land Records will still need the final preliminary subdivision beforehand.)
  • - Add multiple addresses to a single lot on the subdivision page.
  • - View address change history for a parcel.
The biggest change to the update workflow is how to add an additional address to a parcel. Instead of entering the additional address in the "footer" beneath the existing addresses, just clone one of the existing addresses and change it to the address to be added to the parcel.
There are also the usual quality control items such as:
  • - Prevent duplicate addresses.
  • - Allow only one prime address per property.
  • - For parcels with multiple addresses, prevent deleting the prime address.
  • - Assure that required fields are populated.
Note that bookmarks to the old web site will no longer work.
